When a order is misprinted

When a order is misprinted, I never felt as though it was a possibility I would have to purchase a new one. Their support always takes initiative and offers a replacement free of charge. In that aspect I feel very valued as a customer and am looking forward to resolving the issue I have, together with their kind support team :)

My order came to me broken so i emailed…

My order came to me broken so i emailed and requested that i be sent a new item. Robert J emailed back promptly and gave me zero trouble and sent a replacement item. Very Helpful!

Teespring t-shirt. Very poor quality

Ordered a teespring t shirt from the Joe Scott youtube channel. Very disappointing. Terrible quality. Part of the silk screen image was scraped off and that was without wearing or washing. I will never buy another one.

Ordered sweatshirt with custom design

Ordered sweatshirt with custom design. Received item fast. Great product. Great quality of sweatshirt and design. No fault of teespring, it was a little too big. They replaced it at no additional charge. Will definitely be a return customer

If only I could give zero stars

Sent me a dark gray shirt with dark gray text printed on it. Paper thin tee, with a logo you cant see. A rip off at $25. No refunds, only merchandise credit, so you can buy a different insanely overpriced tee with an invisible logo. How does someone print this shirt and say, "all good" and pass it along to shipping? How does the person in shipping look at this, and say "good to go" and put it in an envelope? Avoid!

Logo entirely gone

At first I was extremely happy with the order, however with only 3 washes the sweatshirt I ordered is missing the logo on the front and back entirely. It was a limited edition sweatshirt by a creator I enjoy so you can imagine the heart break

I had a very positive experience with my order. Upon submitting a claim, I was soon contacted by an associate named Jesika. My claim concerned the timelines of shipping as I was unable to compare delivery dates prior to choosing a delivery option. Once seeing the delivery date, I realized the shipment would arrive later than I wanted. Jesika was able to look into the issue and notified me that even with the fastest shipping option, it would not have arrived before my desired date. Although, she wasn't able to expedite the order, she did ease my mind in knowing that I didn't forgo a faster more expensive shipping option. During her feedback and followup she was also able to switch the size from large to medium (medium wasn't available when I originally ordered my product). There were numerous emails and a sincere effort from her part to meet my needs as the customer. If Jesika's level of professionalism is an accurate representation of this company's commitment to customer service, I would highly recommend doing business with this company.

stay clear of this company

stay clear of this company. i tried ordering a tee shirt for my disabled son. he had set his heart on this tee shirt. it never arrived i am now becoming very stressed trying to get a refund. and still waiting. PLEASE BE VERY AWARE

well i think its awful experience and…

well i think its awful experience and should be put out of business the ordering was fine i guess i wanted to be able to change the names on the sweatshirt i ordered but wasnt able to the cost was quite expensive but i did it to help out but i wont be buying anymore from teespring and the communication from teespring and the carrier was dreadful and the communication from the carrier to me was bad i had to pick it up from local post office as they had already tried to deliver and not notified me they were gonna do so which they should have done i havent tried it on yet but having seen all the negative comments on here im concerned about the quality of the sweatshirt i have the only good was the lady i spoke to via email and she was very pleasant and friendly and helpful (danielle) so i will just put it down to an experience not to do again sorry

No upfront cost, but order samples!

I recently started selling merchandise from teespring for my YouTube storefront. I ordered samples of a variety of my products. Most of them were great quality especially the sweatshirt, but the mug print was off and left a big blank space on the mug that was out of place. They refunded my money and I took that product off my storefront, but it leads me to not trust designs if I don't get a sample to see for myself what it looks like.

Their solution is not to give you your money, but force you to print another crappy shirt with them. They are about taking your money, and giving you the cheapest garbage shirt that they can, and if you don't like it, get used to it. Thats what you're getting, thanks for your money.

They will help you buy not replying for days, and only resolving issues in ways that benefit them and not you. They basically have no customer service, and if they do, it must be either automated, or off shore. All my replies come in the middle of the night or super early in the morning, if at all. It takes a special kind of indifference to customers to get an average of 1.1 stars on Google after 70 reviews.
